Reprint & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges (Please Read Carefully)

Each artwork is made to order and printed through a professional, outsourced printing partner to ensure museum-quality results. We stand behind the craftsmanship and will gladly address any issues related to print defects or damage during shipping.

Because all items are custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color expectations differing from screen display
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Defective Items (Covered)

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a visible printing or manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was sent

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 5–7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
    • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on availability.


Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fine art prints and canvas products:

  • Natural variations in color and texture may occur
  • Slight color differences between screens and printed artwork are not considered defects
  • Normal wear, exposure to sunlight, humidity, or improper handling is not covered

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase (before production begins).
Once an item enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.


Final Sale Policy

All artwork is considered final sale once printed.
Placing an order confirms that you have read and agreed to this policy.

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to be processed. Artwork is produced, packaged and shipped when processing is complete. Once completed, tracking numbers arrive via email attached to specific order numbers and should arrive  within 7-12 business days . For International shipping we request up to (30) days, though products may arrive sooner.

This policy helps us keep prices fair and supports sustainable, small-batch production

While we do strive for perfection, mistakes can occasionally occur.

 

  We can offer reprints and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reprint or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order. Depending on the circumstances of the mistake, the cost to cover the reprint or refund will be either from us or you. If an order is reprinted with upgraded shipping, we do not cover the cost of upgraded shipping. You will cover the cost of upgraded shipping.
